Studio Projects VTB-1 / M-Audio DMP-3

Thinking of adding this to my chain to replace the mixer's preamp. Hoping to achieve a smoother sound with it.
Where can I find it in Singapore? Thanks.

Also considering the M-audio DMP-3.
I know Sinamex sells it, but it seems quite a bit higher than (385!) the price I see online.. any shop in Sim Lim sells it?

SP VTB-1 WAS available at Hung Bros last time i checked. don't know if still there. can call them to check. 6336-9989. What mixer u using anyways?

the DMP-3 is a pretty transparent clean sounding pre while i believe the vtb is a little more coloured. personally i have a DMP3 and im very happy with it, but if you're looking for something "smoother" perhaps the VTB might suit you better..can't really compare the two though apart from the price range.
