hehe i always do that naturally, due to my busy schedule. Cannot practice constantly everyday. And everytime start touching my guitar, i start forgetting what I learn previously LOL

I dunno if it works, but I think if you wanna know what to practice, I think the first thing is to understand yourself as a guitar player and your strong pts and weaknesses. For example, I still practice palm muting using all downstrokes after several years of playing because I understand myself as a guitar player and know that if I would to do palm muting using all downstrokes for a while (15 minutes and more), my hands kinda grow tired. That is why practicing palm muting has been part of my practice routine for a while now and will continue to be until I reach my expectations. Think, what expectations do you have for yourself as a guitar player? Do you like to play fast? or with feel? do you like to be a technical player?(Joe Satriani, John Petrucci) or a not so technical player? (Slash, John Frusciante) I think coming to terms with all these does help in deciding what kinda practice routine you want for yourself. Jus my two cents worth.
