hmm.. for me.. once it feels rough.. means the string most probably corrode from all the sweat and wat not in the air.. so its time to change.. haha.. a gauge to how often u shld change ur strings is abt 2 wks if u play often daily.. 8)

i change once i feel there's the roughly in the string from the rust, which i dun like that feeling at all. If it's quite nice and slinky i will continue playing with it.

depends...should be the sweat from your hands...
mine can last like max 2 months, minimum 1 month.

my friend's can only last for 2 weeks and it's rusting like....

sweaty palms...use driclor...im using it...pretty great medicine...i from every 2 weeks mus change...now its 1 mth change once...

i will change when it sounds dead.. the "bite" all gone ah den change la.. when u run ur hand against still-alive strings.. it will go.. SHWINGGGGG lol.. when the shwinggg is gone.. i change haha

The moment it feels rough, it's gotta go, which is pretty quick in my case.. sweaty palms don't really help in string preservation at all...

well i always wipe the strings with cloth after playing.....for me the strings will last 3-4 mths before i change them......i'll change them when it gets too rusty.....

go davis and buy cheap nickel strings like rotosound. Invest in a string cloth. like 7 bucks. den u just wipe them after u play. and keep ur guitar in ur case after u play. den ur strings will last damn long.

I suggest u dun use string cleaners, as in those liquid thingi. For me it rust faster those it makes the strings smooth and slinky temporary..
