String buzzing

i need some help , i bought this lp from the cny sales and guess what , when i play the 1234 frets of the 1st and 2nd string , the sound the same , its all touching the fret board .. this is crap lol ... is there a way i can fix it or can i bring it back to swee lee ?

you need to adjust the action or something. it's too low.

If you think there's nothing wrong with the action, then the truss rod needs to be tightened cuz the neck could be in back bow.

Gotta give us more details. Like which fret it is touching the board at.

wat is action lol ...
anyways the string does not touch the fret board when its open string , but when i hold down the 1st string 1st fret , the string touches the 6th fret .. lol thats a BIG problem

Btw that (not refundable or exchangeable under any condition) is not accurate, but I'll leave it as that. If you're interested search the forum for a discussion on this issue.

Just call Sweelee up and explain the situation to them and ask everything you would want. That is the correct channel to go to.
