That place SUCKS. Very poor customer service. I went to that shop a few weeks ago. After choosing a sticker, I asked the Indian man for a new piece as the one displayed was so old and dirty. He said if I want a new piece I need to wait for 15 minutes for him to go to the store to retrieve it. :evil:

maybe he meant that he needs 15min to find that sticker as his storeroom is in a mess? oh well...

well that is acceptable for me, unless with some different tone lah, at least he could take a new one for you. i been to a shop to get my 1st bass guitar, wanted to request a brand new set cause the stock one look real dusty and metal parts seem abit dull but was rejected straight well walk away straight after that

La vanita may have bad service but that was THE place to go to in the late 80s/early 90s if you wanted band merchandise. Those who's been around long enough know that these places are legendary, along with Dada records (RIP), Roxy and Spitfire. So kudos to them for being daring enough to bring in stuff that no one else faith in.... Give them a break!
