These are high end speaker stands made in Great Britain. Stands are very solid and are made from heavy welded steel. They are sand fillable (and are filled but need a bit of top up). I have the spikes for them somewhere and will look for them if you are interested. (Although I suggest you direct couple them with blue tack to your concrete floor.
