hmmm, best staff from maestro...

there was once i was at maestro penin, without much intention of buying anything at all, there was this particular guy called Channie who really entertained me my entire time in maestro. despite already knowing that i was just looking around, he tirelessly accommodated to all my queries.

especially with so much bad rep with staff of sales staff in guitar shops, channie really stood out the most. to sum it up, Channie was the best sales assistant ive come to known irregardless guitar shop or not

Nuff' said man, there's no other man than channie, he's definitely the best person for the job. He's helpful, he's knowledgeable and he's friendly. What can i say? Nuff' said man, Channie's da best!

I remember one guy introducing himself as Chan, ultimate joker who don't mind crapping with me and explaining to me some guitar stuff. Newbie here lah so basically he explained until I understood. Cool dood.

Also got one guy called Sean, very patient with me. Good service so far, keep it up!

you all make it sound like this chan fella gave u all free guitars or something, but i got to agree with most of you...

even though i was only buying acoustic guitar strings, he took time to give me an in depth explanation of differnet string gauges and how it affects intonation and stuff and change my view on guitar strings forever.

now thats going the extra mile! such friendliness and exceptional customer service will leave a lasting impression of the shop. GOOD JOB!
