Stacking of overdrives and distortion

Hi guys!

Just wanna get some feed back here.

How do you guys configure, tweak, and stack your distortion and overdrives?

I currently have a barber direct drive and a modded ds-1.

I love stacking both pedals together, for a fat distorted sound with lots of harmonics, but i don't use that very often. I'm looking for something in between my single overdrive an a stacked distortion and overdrive.

any suggestions?
