Squier Strat Made in Mexico?

I heard of something like that from a friend.
How's the playability and anybody know what prices are like?

very hard to find. those were from the 90s and squiers are not made in mexico anymore.

Yup, I owned one of those back in 2002..made in 90s, has the Fender name and Squier wording at the ball end of the headstock. If memory serves me right, the one I used to own was in white colour and rosewood fretboard

I would advice you to check on the wood first.

from reading on the internet.
they're either made from alder or poplar.
im not sure about poplar, would be good wood for guitars?

faizal_rocks, how was it? did it feel nice?

probably have to send it for set up too i guess.
are there any signs that i definitely should NOT buy a guitar?

Hmm, well, I would say it was great holding a authentic Fender guitar in my hands (I was only a young dude back then!), but I only had it for a few mths before I ventured into Gibson style guitars..but there were no problems with that Fender, played well..
