Speakers for Yamaha dtxplorer

I got an electrical drum set at home. Its a yamaha dtxplorer.. Im quite new to drums and only jus learnt the basics..

I have been using headphones so to listen what im playing.. well im thinking if i should use an amp so that im not the only one can listen what im playing.

idk what amp shud i buy..any advice?

if you ask yamaha shops or what, they will tell you to buy the "electronic drum amp".. which will cost you around $300+.. or more..

but actually, you can just use a bass amp.. thats what im doing.. its the same. you cant use a normal amp because the normal amp wont be able to produce the bass drum sound properly.

Yamaha has two models as far as i know, MS50DR and MS100DR. I think the 100DR is selling at around $600? It was displayed at Tampines with the DTXtreme.

Yup. Either bass or keyboard amps will work well.
