Hi I'm organising a costume party with the theme of rock/metal. So I need to know where I can find costumes likes leather vests, jackets, pants, boots, wrist bands, etc for rental. Do you guys know of any?

Why not you ring Impiety or some local black metal band up and ask them if they can loan it to you?
