Soundproofing HDB flat room

Hi all,

Newbie here.
After running through the search soft for sound proofing techniques and advises,doesnt seem to have much info on service provider for soundproofing renovation.
Intention was to soundproof one of my HDB room
(L4750xW2700XH2650mm)
There are lots of gd advise on how to D.I.Y but would prefer to get professional service on this.
Appreciate if fellow softies would be able to provide infos also PM me photos of their done up room....

last time, I tear down my mattress to cover the windows, under the kick bass drum I put carpet and carton board . It's pretty good no more complain from neighbour. FYI, there's one time before I did that, they called police to stop us jamming

for serious sound proofing, u have to build a room in a room. theres no other way. if u play non-bass instrument(meaning no kick drum or bass guitar) like piano or electric guitar and wan to reduce the sound going out of the room, carpet ur floors, and hang thick curtains on all sides of walls. Make sure the curtains touches the ground.
