the reason?

1. We are going for mass appeal.
2. We are playing for a group of ppl aged between 13-17.
3. I bet even 1/10 of them doesn't know who eric clapton is.
4. We don't have the proper effects to do the songs that some of you guys reccomended.

yea Dime is right dude..dun play that song ar..people might think its boring and doze off.its a really nice song if u can appreciate music la..but if ur performing to the public, then must choose those music that are much more "popular".

Look guys, I wasn't expecting them to play Megadeth either when I suggested it. Maybe these kids should be educated on what good music is all about...and the responsibility falls on those people playing gigs??? Not really...but maybe someday people should try it out...never know. they might like it...and since you can't satisfy every person in the audience....you do what you can...there's always a song for everyone...just don't do britney or whatever..

btw our drummer is a pianist. A grade 8 pianist at the age of 15. haha. So if we use piano means we dun have a drummer..

Tornado of Souls!!!! Alright! Promises from Megadeth is a slow acoustic song too. But Razr, not sure if those guys wanna play breakup songs...and don't think the audience of Sec 1 kids know who the hell these bands are....I mean Cinderella man....that's old school as hell...
