Great theme as usual! Love the atmosphere you created. One minor suggestion - around 1:35 onward, you have trumpets playing very low registers. Esp about 1:46 - your trumpets are playing concert E3 (ie F# on a Bb trumpet - the lowest possible on a trumpet). When playing such a low note, it usually comes out extremely soft. Samplers don't do that very well. You have it at the similar volume to the strings, when in actual fact, it's not possible. Playing it louder will causing it to break up and have a rougher quality. At that tonality and volume, it will mean the trumpeters are playing straight up front - in front of the strings. That's a minor detail (from a trumpeter... )

My suggestion is to use horns. Actually, with some horn counterparts, I think it adds to the haunting effect. I'm surprised you didn't use them.

However, that's just my 2 cents. Still, love your composition. Keep it coming!

Thanks Cheez! You're right, perhaps horns would do a better job. However, I already had flugel horns and other brass doing the chords at that point, and had felt that using more horns might drown out those lines. So I ended up with trumpet, not knowing that the volume not very possible.

No problem. You are the composer and the you should own the interpretation of your own music! As it is, different people will have different orchestration interpretations, so not to worry too much.
