Singapore's internet slow?

Recently ive noticed that my download speeds have gone down. BY ALOT. usally they are at least 300kbps - 3mbps. now, they rarely go above 10kbps.

My friend in India has speeds that are at least 500kbps at all times, hes compared internet from here and there(india) and said that speeds in india are way better than here. How can a LEDC(less ecnomically developed country) have better overall internet than a country as rich as singapore...:???:

My friend living here, has also experienced this recent drop in speeds. Have any of you experienced this?

http://speedtest.net/ go there and check your connection speed. if its really that low, you might wanna check with your ISP
