A 2-year programme supported by Creative Community Singapore, the Sinema Incubator Programme is engineered to encourage the production of professional quality film projects by identifying potential filmmakers, scripts and ideas.
Launched in conjunction with the introduction of the first independent High Definition cinema in Singapore, Sinema Old School, it will provide the shortlisted applicants with production management facilities such as editing suites supported by Apple, the latest technologies in filming equipment in collaboration with Panasonic and perhaps the most priceless of all - opportunities for aspiring filmmakers to be mentored by some of Singapore's finest media practitioners.
Our call-for-entries are now open, and one of the categories is for Music Videos! We're inviting all local bands to dream up a concept for a music video and send in their applications. The Sinema Incubator Programme will come in to support the selected projects with camera equipment, offline editing facilities and networking/marketing opportunities with industry experts as well as marketing possibilties at the Sinema Old School premises.
