if you want convenience, you can try the one at aljunied MRT. it's also wee lee, but i think the equipment there are slightly better.

oh yea, beat merchants is damn value for money, other than the drums being out of tune..haha..

fourtones is awesome haha. but damned hard to book a slot last minute la. the guy there (nash i think) is damn nice too lol. the sofa very nice to lie on hahah

yup true true.. but servicewise i prefer weelee at simei. Altho the eqiupment is substandard the uncle(s) there isnt tt bad. Fyi the Guy with the limp passed away a while back n there a new guy.
Weelee aljunied on the other hand.. well the experiences ive had with them.. sigh. duno what to say. the mad old man running the place kicked us out a good 10 mins before our time was up. Shouted n threstened us when we objected.. Whats more U cant play anything close death metal for some reason. theres a big sign there saying so.
Tho u can at Simeis. I only jam at simei cos its about a 5 min walk from my place (another simeian here!) n its cheap tho some of the amps sound like they shouldve been thrown out before i was born. Also the timings nt bad as therye open quite late

one thing i feel about that simei one, its like so retro-ish, its fun to jam there... and if all ur bandmates are based around simei i think it would be snartest just to head there...
if u know how to set ur sound, everything shld be ok... i've jammed there n it isnt tt bad... jus bring ur own guitars n pedals, set it properly. there you go, a fun jam... n the place is damn cheap. it really isnt tt bad. i stay in the east also... most convinient place for me.

WEE LEE!? omg. i don't want to sya anything but. the whole wee lee enterprise(if i can say) is not that good(ahem). i mean the i haven't been to simei but according to what you all have been saying, i think all wee lee uncles are rude and obnoxious. serisouly. once, they gave our booked slot away cos some band came earlier and we asked why they did that, he simply said they wanted to make money. wth?
