sianz abt jamming studio here, any reccommendation?

i have tried so many but they are either ;

sucky equipment,
sucky aircon,
sucky acoustic,
cramped space.


i don't mind paying like 20 - 40 bucks per hour if it's a very good studio...
any recommendation?
