Oh my... Kids at his age may be able to play as fast as him, but i don't think i've heard anyone of this age play this fast and this clean... What the hell did his parents do to him?
hmm the word prodigy comes to mind... anyone? you think he was born ready to play guitar. and taking into consideration that he's only 8 and to develope that kind of speed and cleaness at such high tempos will require alot of time.. so i guess he pretty much started shredding at a age where we were getting potty trained or still drikning from a milk bottle
There's a 6 (or was he 5?) yr old kid in the music school i teach. He bangs on the drums... and he has good rhythm and a keen interest - practices too much for his age. You can actually jam with him.
Prodigy? Most probably so.
They exist and serve as a reminder that such as thing called 'talent' divides us still.
bingo.. they we just "made" to do it i guess. talent plays a big part, but this also goes to show that practise plays an even bigger part, talents good.. but with practise talent goes to waste. heh shit i'm getting phylosiphical (sp) haha
Buckethead is more of an avant-garde composer with many out-of-the-box ideas la. i wonder how does he come up with his atonal 8 finger taps.
This boy is awesome. if hes really that young as the video claims, he should be in a world famous band raking in cash by the truckloads. Just too bad that this isnt the cheesy 80s
wow... he can play like this, now, with those short fingers and limited finger strength at his age... imagine what he'll be in the future... though somehow all the very good people at young turn out to get amyotrophic lateral sclerosis...
