I will start with mine
Yamaha dtexpress 3 S.E.
Trade 3 rubber cymbal to 3 surge chokeable cymbal
DIY 4 real cymbal to electric cymbal(I use a thick plastic mat to mute the sound)
Trade something for a Hi Hat controller pedal
Bought a remote hi hat with pearl hi hat cymbal,
A Roland hi hat cymbal(located at the extreme right)$360
A Double ding bat from US ebay(located at the middle tom)$150
A yamaha dtexpress 1 module
Aluminium expansion from Kelantan Lane.
Extra T clamp can be bought from Yamaha at $40
Next project:Converting a real cowbell to an electric cowbell
and making the DIY cymbal to a chokeable cymbal
