With most 4x12 made overseas (apart from those available from Ceriatone which can be brought in from KL), your cheaper option would be to bring it as part of a container shipment (sea). I'm sorry I dont have a cost.
Local postal services in different countries have size restriction on boxes but you can check this up to clarify.
If you bring it in via air, you will likely be billed based off volumetric weight of the packaging which would be greater than its physical weight. It is an expensive exercise but the simplest and fastest.
I understand that certain couriers can sell you space by pallet. It is still by air. You pay a fixed cost for the pallet and can load whatever you want on it. Cost effective solution if you're bringing in the cab plus a few other items.

im looking at emperor cabs.
