As my title says...should i keep my epiphone SG or sell to my fren and get a BC rich warlock mick thompsons signature?opinion pls appreciated

heh i own the mick thompson warlock before and i'm using a epiphone SG now.. the warlock is godamn heavy man..

i prefer the SG though.. sounds better and much lighter.. i had to buy big bass kinda strap and still my shoulder hurt..

the head stock is wicked sick though..

haha depends on what kind of music u wanna play la..if the SG is not heavy enough for u taste..get the warlock..sound damn heavy!!and somemore the looks alone can kill

for me..if im given a choice..i'll keep the SG..

cos..the SG looks demure..at the same time..WICKED..

Hey man.. Remember me?  Maybe Not but YOU SOLD YOUR WARLOCK?! WHY?! Wasted lah.. That's really one wicked axe.

Oh yah.. BTW I personally would go for a SG but if given a choice, i would keep both. The SG to keep in standard tuning and the Warlock for down tuning.

I don't think the BCrich Warlock's of the best construction though. But I can't deny that it looks horribly good!

the beast is damn uncomfortable la. When you sit down, it bloody clamps down on your leg/groin, and the ends are too sharp -> fragile.

the only thing outstanding about the BC rich guitars are the shapes..

SG wld be a much better option. Warlock shape is unconventional & heavy.

You may look cool with it, but I reckon u wld be comfortable carrying it & playing for long hours.

May I know what is the reason for switching frm SG to a Warlock? Is it cosmetic reason or tonal reason?

haha , i dont like MetalGenre-like guitars
for me i prefer SG to Warlock

for wild shaped guitar , i think a white Flying-V is much nicer than a Warlock
i dont like any part of Warlock : /

sorry if i offended some people .

yes , like Lifehouse said , sound and tone are more essential .

he's right. i own a bc rich beast, and everytime i carry it i feel like jesus at cavalry

SG for me too... just look nice without too much of the cosmetic... and 2 killer horns with a comfy shape... tone wise is more versatile I guess... anyway it has to be SG for me...

When you carry it it's heavy, when you play it sitting down it hurts like hell because of this part circled in red:

Lucky the warlock doesn't have that.
