Hi reader(s) I'm selling my very first drum set ever gotten. Boohoo I know but I've only used it for like 1 year plus and I have to part with it. To give you more detail, its a 5 piece set; 1 14 and a half inch snare, 12 and a half inch and 14 inch toms, 14 and a half floor tom and a 23 inch bass. I'll edit the post to include the pictures soon but in the mean while if you are interested do call me at 91599572 and ask for Jared.

umm, i'm kind of interested to know where you get the 'half' inches from... i don't think drum sizes come in X and halves, no. anyway, there's a Buy and Sell forum section in the main forum page in soft. kindly post anything else there in the future...yeah i'm not being a dick or anything but this is the wrong section to sell your stuff off.

thx man.

Wrong section for the post!!! Nnoooobbb!!!!

I read your post and I thought it's some youngster. Then I saw Shred5 and I couldn't stop laughing! Tasmania! Long time no see man. Don't bully new people!

GrinReaper, don't worry, I believe he mean no harm.

I'm being gentle ;) by my post.. So what if its his 2nd post or 1 millionth post. There's a specific section for the selling/buying, just post it there. Instead of making the mods doing xtra job. Although I think can make the mods do extra job lah.. ALFE!!! ERIC!! Where are you???!! :)

Sigh...ok, let me explain.

If its his/her 2nd post, chances are he/she is new to this forum. Not everyone reads the rules and scroll through to the bottom of every page to check up on all available sections of discussion before putting up their first couple of posts. Yes, you might say that everyone should but we don't live in the perfect world and not everyone is as "proper" as you.

"extra work" for a moderator to help an older member who have posted a million posts before could be annoying but for a new member, it can be an opportunity for moderators to welcome them, engage them and point them the "right" way. I think that's a nicer way to educate someone than to call someone a "noob". We want this forum to grow not shrink right? Proper as you are to be well aware of the forum rules is great, but at the same time, being forgiving should be encouraged here and everywhere too.

Thanxx for the advice bro Alvin...

With all due respect to all the new/old/medium/large/regular/XXL/XXS drummers/readers/lurkers/trollers in this forum/thread/post etc etc, I throw my lego size ego one side and seek forgiveness to whomever I might have offended. I myself am not proper/perfect/superhuman..

Hoefully this drum circle will prosper to a bigger size than wat it is now and all the best for future prospects.

Since no one mentioned about the half sizes, I thought I'll just talk a little bit about it.

I think the OP measured inclusive of the hoops. I used to think that was the size too, until I actually tried measuring, and realized the size was just across the inside of the shell.
