im wondering, if its possible to self install a pickguard for guitars that originally dont have any pickguard. just like an Epiphone SG - Special for example.
cause im thinking of getting a pickguard from Terrapin Guitars Custom Shop [last one in the gallery] and my first question is, thats the right pickguard right? ive heard about traces and all but i'll just stick to its original one. secondly, other than the US, has singapore have any sg pickguards for sale, cause i dont see any shops with it, honestly.
then lets say i got my pickguard, is it safe to just drill holes into the guitar body and install the pickguard, will it hit any stuff within the body itself? if so, the safe length for the screw?
okay so many questions lol. thanks for any help in advance
