Hi Soft Members!
Need some perspective on placing an M9 in my effects chain.
Currently, I'm using single effect pedals mainly, a wah, drives, couple of mods and a delay. I gave the pedal a test run the variety of modulations and delays that the M9 has and it seems to be a good buy for a musician on a tight budget. I was thinking of adding it into my chain of effects to give me more flexibility and options. However, a few concerns come to mind.
(1) I'm aware that the M9 has true analogue bypass as stated in it's specs. But, does it negatively, alter the tone of the sound produced? Does it suck tone?
(2) Does connecting the M9 in the pedal chain creates hiss or noise?
Really in need of some views and advice before i commit to purchasing the M9.
Would appreciate your comments! =)
Just to help paint a better picture, here is my current pedal chain.
Guitar >> Wah >> OD >> Distortion >> Clean Boost >> Flanger >> Chorus >> Delay >> Noise Gate >> Amp.
Thanks in advance for all comments -ve or +ve!
