was thinking of using the SD1 to boost the MT2 is it possible?
i'm actually trying to scope more mids into the MT2, to make the MT2 thicker as the MT2 sounds fizzy

scoop more mids is to take away even more mids...

Scooped mids is actually having all the high and low frequencies boosted with the mid frequency at lowest.

anything is possible as long as either the mt 2 or the sd-1 is at lower gain then the other. If really want to make the mt 2 sound huge, adding an eq pedal in line with the mt 2 is never wrong...

boss pedals can be gotten at sweelee..cost and availability, call the shop for more info

I have a SD-1 and it's a pretty mild pedal, it should work well as a booster.

If you want to add on mids... you got 2 options...
Use an EQ to boost the mids... you can up the gain on the EQ when placed before the MT2 to boost distortion also.

Use the Ibanez Tubescreamer. Has a wonderful mid hump when used...
