Hi everyone, I urgently need help for a problem I'm facing.
My mom's SD memory card for her samsung phone suddenly stopped working. The phone couldn't read the SD card and thus, all her pictures and everything stored in there is gone. The phone states "SD card blank or has unsupported filesystem". She couldn't remember doing anything with the phone or why this message suddenly started appearing.
I have tried reading the SD card with a computer also but to no avail. Both the phone and computer stated that the SD card has to be formatted before it can be used. however, this will be the last option because if I format the SD card, all her data will be permanently gone.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
If I have to go to a shop to try and get help, what kind of shops should I visit? Computer repair shops or handphone shops or are there other options?
