At the end of each academic year, music students perform their music recitals to reach out to audiences and demonstrate their skills for assessment. The School of Contemporary Music extends an invitation to all music-lovers to attend our performances, which take place during this three-week period. Join us to enjoy the diverse range of music styles that employ a high standard of performance and support our music students as they prepare to become professional musicians in Singapore.
In Youthful Company
Into its seventh year, In Youthful Company continues to present graduates from LASALLE School of Contemporary Music, BA(Hons) Music programme. Catch these promising young artists as they perform at the Esplanade Outdoor Theatre before they become the new music faces of tomorrow.
Victoria Concert Hall
Top students from the classical specialism of LASALLE’s School of Contemporary Music will perform hour-long concerts on Sun 29 Apr 2018 from 4:00pm – 9:00pm.
School of Contemporary Music Festival 2018 is held as part of The LASALLE Show 2018.
A showcase of the works of students from Design, Fine Arts, Film, Media Arts, Dance, Music, Theatre, Art Therapy, Arts Management and Creative Writing Programmes, The LASALLE Show 2018 marks the grand finale of an artistic education in creativity and imagination, and the transformation of these young talents into professional artists in the larger creative industries ecosystem.
