I was from Echomusic, I've got a good foundation in singing thanks to them. If I've the chance I'll upload a cover song to show you guys how I sound now :D

after years of finding GOOD vocal classes in singapore, after being exposed to alot of so called 'good' teachers, i found none are really good. my opinion.

BUT WAIT! tada~ I have suggestions.

lemme put it this way first, would you like to learn from someone who has established him/herself in the area of singing, and widely known, or from someone that you just hear 'this teacher quite good ah, can try'.

you probably will think twice about spending your hard earn cash on him.

that's why i turn to online lessons. learning from top vocal coaches internationally.

i seriouzly, highly recommend this: http://www.singingsuccess.com/ (go to products, get the DVD, also can do webcam lessons)
or this: http://www.voicelesson.com/home.htm (order the book, or go to lessons, bottom of page, free lessons, or book webcam lessons)

i've found out this two are some of the best vocal coaches out there. i personally is taught by mark baxter. (the 2nd link). his teaching made me finally be able to sing She's Gone by Steelheart.

i safely say if you put your money on them, you will improve alot. get the brett manning's DVD 1st. he have a course layout which is damn good. just check them out.

I am also looking for a suitable Vocal School.

1) Focuses mainly on English songs
2) Genre include Pop, Jazz and Classical
3) North-east and centre Singapore

you can try Timbre Music Academy or Academy of Rock. don't let the name turn you off, but they are worth a try for those kinda genres.

Hi TS & Elvin,

I'm a student of Speech Level Singing. It's quite a nice system to learn, affordable & flexible in time/day.

You could google for the suitable teachers from their main website.

My personal experience is that my range hit high C effortlessly since I took the lessons.

All best to you.

:D
