I have no connection with the organiser or people in the industry at all. Maybe someone who knows 'someone' (and being a SAOfan himself) can do us the huge huge favour? Is there anything a layman like me can do?
I'd personally fly back to Jakarta just to watch them since I'm an Indonesian, but my dad disallowed me to watch gigs in Jakarta due to safety reasons.
And regarding this LAMC org, I'm not sure there's any way I can get through to them

well, its not up to us as a band.. we cant organize the trips ourselves. it has to be done by the local promoters there. so far, our booking agents and management have not been contacted by anyone from where you are. so until the promoters can tell our managers and booking agents that there are enough fans there, and that the promoter can afford to pay for the flights, then we cant go. that is the only reason we are going to indonesia. we didnt even know we had a fanbase there, so it was very surprising to us to hear that we had a fanbase there. so..... here is the best way to get us to come there, and i am telling you, because i would really like to come there and play, as well as singapore and malaysia.
so what you need to do, is get in contact with the promoters that have been bringing in other bands from overseas to your area, and let him know how many people he can expect to come to the show. and also you can send emails to our managers. arthur@spivakmgmt.com and let him know how many people we can expect.
