sansamp tri od pedal problem

hi guys
i have a problem
everytime i press the footswitch of the pedal be it on any channel other than bypass.. theres a crazy hiss of static

i really need to know where i can get this repaired
the pedal has been discontinued but means a lot to me

any help will greatly be appreciated guys

u CAN'T bypass it. its supposed to switch between either one of the channels on the pedal.

oh wait, mayb it can, try using only one channel. there's the switches behind for you to select which channels you want it to be switched between.

as for the hiss, mayb your gain is too high.

it has three channels and u can by pass if u want to.
its nth to do with the gain
ive recorded with this pedal
same settings
just that now theres this problem

who can repair pls help
