hi all when do guitar shops usually have sales? i know sweelee has twice a year, but how about davis, guitar77 etc?

and does ranking sports have a sale too?

i think most shops have a sale at the end of the year to clear the old stocks..rankin sports have 20% discount on guitars...davis should have a year end sale i think..Guitar 77..that one better ask Wangdexian..

i got a suggestion, why dont we all go and tell these store owners to inform SOFT when they have a sale? this way, we will all know when there is a sale!

I don't think they'll be willing to, because to them sales is only one part of their business agenda. If their sale periods are widely documented, then most people will only buy during that period, which means that their profits will fall. Unless of course the GAS is too great to wait for the sales to come :lol:

think what james mean is ask the shop owners to inform us when there is a sales..not all the sales period through out the year :wink: but i doubt it will affect alot even if its being documented..like swee lee..most of us know they normally have mid-yr and end of year sales..but alot customers still buy stuffs from them when theres no sale

but it will be really nice if they informed us when theres an upcoming sales :twisted:
