the click five probably achieved more success than anyone of us here. while some dismiss pop music as being commericalised music, one must note that pop music is still music, as raised by a previous poster. it's just that society choses to embrace pop music, and that's it is currently the one drawing in the big bucks. hardcore music and the other genres definitely have their place, it's just up to us to find where. i think right, if society choses to embrace hardcore music, then would the music snobs who think that popular music is rubbish choose to abandon it and turn to pop music to satisfy their snobbery?
