At this Fender Stratocaster 50th Anniversary gig he slaughtered everyone who performed before him and those who performed after him just could not match his sheer emotions, feel & intensity.
In the early 90s his Still got the Blues & After Hours cassette claim PR status in the tape cavity of my SONY Walkman.
Listening to his "Midnight Blues" and shamelessly jamming along with it teaches us PHRASING which most of us tend to ignore, lack & neglect.
RIP Gary Moore. He will always be remembered by all those who knows him and of his legendary guitar playing.
Sidenote: I love how he incorporate celtic feel to some of his licks. The first song that I learned on the electric guitar was actually his and the song Title "Over the hills and far away"
I think Gary Moore far by has the best Les Paul sound to me. He is the reason why I like Les Paul's and there's not many guitarist who can sing and play this good.
