rg neck

i dunno whether this topic has been posted b4, but has any1 tried refittin a 24 fret rg neck on a saber body. ihav a s540 hss body and its not a aanj.

No point man.

Your S540 is the old fender block neckjoint so not only do you have to find a pre-aanj RG neck, you will have to route and SHIFT your neck single coil backwards to accomondate the extra 2 frets.

You'll end up paying a lot, drilling and filling a lot. Not worth it.
