Hey guys just wondering. If you guys have a practise amp at home, say no gain for clean channel. And you play your effects thru the clean channel only...

Say when you go gig or jamming, the amp has gain on clean channel... Sorry im a uber noob lol. U reset ur pedal settings or what?

Or u guys use the lead chnl, like OD chnl. and got gain one, (at home that is). then what? u guys lower the gain to like 8 9 o clock? so wont get fuzzy? =/

Ah... this is a personel choice. You like what you hear, use it. Be it amp's lead channel or pedal distortion.

And yes, different amps will require you to set your pedals differently.

I usually prefer keeping the settings on the pedals as it is, and tweak from the amp's onboard eq. If it's a gainy amp i'm using, i'll have the drive settings set real low, to the point of just a slight crisp breakup, and let my pedals take it from there.
