Replacing guitar bridge

Hey softies . I'm quite new to electric guitars so please excuse me... I see lots of different bridges being sold in shops so I'm guessing it's possible to replace the bridge on your guitar (done by a luthier of course?)?

Yes you can replace it. By luthier or DIY.

DIY will be easy. I just changed mine by myself. I think they shop called Music Theme sells bridges. Done by Wilkinson. A bit pricey, but worth the $$ IMO

please consider the cost of the bridge & the installation charges before you do so. if it's too costly (especially when it exceeds the guitar's price) then it's not a good move...

thx for the info guys...my guitar currently has a wrap-around. I want to change to Floyd Rose. Anyone has any info on the price?
