Repairing Mono Gig Bag

Hi all,

I’ve got a Mono M80 Gig Bag for many years now and the bottom hypalon material has started to crack. The strap loop rings at the bottom kinda pulled the hypalon further apart.

Question is... any idea how to repair it or Would gorilla tape or flex tape work?
