Refretting Warped classical guitar neck part1

Before I show you the repair, I'll like to introduce a fellow softie who is now part of the Maestro Repair team. Rory joined us 3 months back and has been a real boon to our repair department.

He has been playing guitar for several years and has a love for tinkering the instrument. In this short 3 months here's the latest he has accomplished:

A Christopher Dean classical guitar was sent to us recently which had a bad neck upbow (warp). In some case heating the neck might improve the situation but usually it doesn't work. Rory chose to refret the guitar as he could correct the bow by planing the fingerboard. Here are the results:
