Reduce the number of PM allowed

I just realised that SOFT gives each user a space for 100 personal messages..and I think that eats up the bandwidth that also causes the need to erase our avatars..

so yeah,MR SOFT!! try reducing the amount of messages we can receive...say...about 30 or 25? :idea:

do clear up your INBOX / OUTBOX / SENTBOX.
