Recording studio for metalcore band

Any advice on a good studio for a metalcore band?
Looking for:
-Mellow and smooth vocals
-Heavy rythm but clear guitars
-Pounding double bass/bass guitars
-Clear cymbals
-Distinct Snare
Number of tracks: 5-6 will do

what to look out for mainly when you're gonna record?

the sound and your wallet.

you understand that average standard market rate is about $50 per hr. some has inclusive of mixing and some continue charging at $50 per hr during mixing (it's a very big difference)

but if budget is not much of a problem (most studios out there are flexible as long as your budget's right) , then your call is finding a studio that suits your heavier genre.

listen for other local bands's cds with similar metalcore genre, happen to like any of their sound? ask them where they record lor.

other studio SOFTies like unsane (inversion studios) are behind heavy genred bands like Hamartia and blackisle studios as well.

otherwise i'd also recommend a friend Roland (Aussie Assault), he's got quite abit of specialty towards that genre too
