Hello fellas, I've recently written an original cover of a pop song. and i was wondering, what are the legal issues when publishing the song after recording, say on myspace, or releasing it as part of an album.
Must i like get a license or smtg, pay royalties and stuff? I tried reading up on google but all the info apparently applies to those in the US only. perhaps someone who is familiar with media law can enlighten me?
