Yes it is. I think the combo unit is priced at S$650. You can check it out at Woodwerks at the basement of Excelsior next to the drum lessons place (forgot the name).
The guy, Ram, also has the stack versions I think.

Check out Blackstar's site. Apparently, some of Marshall's R&D folk defected over or something.
