think its the wrong file.
ahh muse! i still havent figured out that song yet. haha. nice! but not totally smooth. quite there though. just gotta let experience take over and slowly you'll get a lot better.
u keep missing out the 1st pattern. u gotta play it once more after u complete your whole pattern so it sounds 'even'. listen to the song carefully and u'll know wad i mean.

You're reaching all the notes pretty well, and keeping mostly to timing.
Things you need to work on:
1) Try not to rush the faster passages. You need to make sure that they sound fluid, not chopped up or rushed through.
2) It's good to keep time, but it's more important to keep GROOVE. Take the tabs as a guide for what notes to play, then listen to the song and try to pick out the feel of the song. It's important that you can identify HOW the bassline is played, as the feel is what you want to get. Sing what you hear out in your head, so you internalise the feel, then play according to that.
That said, sounds like you're picking things up really fast! Keep at it, I'm sure you'll go places!

nice man...pretty decent tt u've got it even though u've been playing for such a short time...but like rentabass said...get the groove man...n dun rush it...other then tt...sweet effort
