Rare vintage suzuki 12 string f-180 made in nagoya,japan ( discontinued )

This was passed down a friend . The model is a F-180 . It is a 12 string . Inside the sound hole it says manufactured in Nagoya . With some research , i found out that the factory has closed down . This guitar is probably about 40 years old . I am willing to trade with either a Gibson , Epiphone hummingbird or a Guild M-20 . It only has 6 strings . No scratches . In good condition and sounds loud !
