Hello all!

Started a new internet radio station, it plays 24/7 currently. Genres played are Lounge/Downtempo (similar to Lush), Indie/Brit Pop/Rock, and House/Trance. Of course, they're not played altogether at the same time. House/Trance will be played during Friday/Sat nights, while the pop/rock segment will be played during the day, with the lounge stuff taking over from evening till late.

As the streaming is live 24/7, the DJ is able to speak anytime.

There's also a website, http://radioeclectica.wordpress.com ,where feedback/comments can be given, as well as updates/info on the station.

Do give us time to come up with something more structured. For now, enjoy the music!

Unfortunately, no. I had some troubles with connecting to Shoutcast, and it seems like Starhub blocks port 80, so i can't seem to be able to connect to Shoutcast's YP directory. I'm on a mac as well, so that's another hurdle as its more troublesome to use Shoutcast on it.

I'm using a program called Nicecast instead, pretty nifty. Hopefully listeners will continue to tune in to the station, as we progress on.
