question on double bass footwork

hello guys,

i have some questions on some double bass footwork, mainly is on when to use RIGHT or LEFT foot

here is an example of the beat i am learning at 125bpm with the current footing i am using

it it ok to use that? or should i use it the way like hand rudiments where 1 e n a 2 e n a etc with LEFT and RIGHT alternating, playing respectively when the bass count falls on their count.

thanks! i am still using the foot work which i noted down. FInd it pretty useful, right leg on a consistent beat and left leg filling it. very big challenge to to start with left leg haha.
