I lovelovelove this show! It RoRKs me!!!

Amazing characters. Great-ness script. Beautiful Art Direction!

Vicko! The trailers doesn't do the show any justice at all.

It's a piece of art! You have to watch each episode from start to finish. Bestest TV show I've seen. The screenplay/script is amazing!

Aiyah! And donch worry too much about what ahppens at Soft. Most of the time nothing much happens - just a lot of talk rots and sing-song. Like what we're doing now.

bestest tv show for me is Rome, and The Carnivale. Dexter is not bad either. So are the wire, the office uk, six feet under, oz, studio 60 on the sunset strip, deadwood, fawlty towers, etc.. too bad most of these are not network tv, so no chance of airing on local channels.

I can never really follow these TV Series cause i constantly forget to switch the channel and i'm 3/4 of the time on the internet. And you gotta watch these shows consistently if not you'll like get freaking lost even if you missed 1 episode.
Respect for people who've been following Desperate housewives, Lost, Prisonbreak, Heroes all the way till their gazillionth season.

originally i didn't think pushing daisies would be my sort of thing cos i barely watch TV, but for some reason my "freetime" always co-exist with their air time. so I watched and seriously it's very different and interesting from others. it's got that "musical cinematic" feel like some sort of Edwards Scissorhands old sch style. you don't get that anymore...

p.s : house rules too.

I tot it was more "Charlie and The Chocolate Factory" for adults kinda vibe. Despite the psychedelic colours, there are a lotta dark undertones. Quite nice...

For me, currently, it's BattleStar Galactica ftw!!!

Pushing Daisies' fast becoming one of my favourite shows. Everyone should follow the series. Creative script and concept.

Oi RoRK, don't discourage the young padwan lah. Better she hang out here than rot her brains in front of the tv.

Me I got no TV coz I am (was?) a TV addict. TV-free now for 10 years or so. But I still watch DVDs so not sure if I am that free. Some favs:

Rome
Deadwood
Rumpole
Sherlock Holmes (the ones with Jeremy Brett <--- the biz!)

Will check out Pushing Daisies since it seems quite off-beat - I like off-beat (anyone saw Punch Drunk Love?). I think Singapore can use a lot more off-beatness.

I don't normally watch TV myself. I actually got busy and stopped watching for about 6 months - absolutely no TV except for Sports on the Internet.

I've also watched Pushing Daisies only twice. And only once, the last episode, did I watch it in its entirety. Those who haven't seen it, can check out the Wiki on Pushing Daisies to understand the background and characters. It's not written like Lost or Prison Break where one episode leads onto another.

I've always felt that everyone has a certain level of quirkyness. I've yet to meet a normal person.

agingyouth : oh yahh actually more towards charlie chocolate factory. basically using alot of "music" to "portray the scenario/emotions" also.

they like to do this corny repeating thing though :

narrator : "and here comes a SOFTie by the nick of blueprintstudios..."
camera focus on me : "i'm a SOFTie nicked blueprintstudios."

Lost starts in feb next year. But this season was tight.

But damn how are they going to top the bits where they find ** in a coffin, and then the island gets **, the entire ** explodes, walter's **, and ** dies. What's up with the polar bear too.

If anyone can, should also check out SPACED. massively funny comedy. And uncensored flight of the conchords.
