Protein shakes

it helps to build muscles only if u drink after u work out.
so if u want bigger biceps, lift dumbells then drink
if u want tougher chest, bench press then drink
if u want more muscular calf, cycle then drink
if u want to build up ur junior, ......

work the logic urself...:D

HAHAHAHA!!! lol, i get someone to try it and see if it works that way ar?? ;)

You need to consume a higher amount of protein when you work out then what you would normally consume. If the amount of protein you eat is more then the protein you use you will gain muscles (assuming you are working out). However if you eat less protein that what your body needs, you are actually LOSING muscles.

And our Asian diets usually don't have as much protein in it as many American/European diets. So if you are working out and want to gain muscles you need to either eat more meat or start taking protein shakes. On a side note I drink soya bean milk as soya is a natural source of protein.

to build muscle you have to maintain a positive nitrogen balance in your body. nitrogen comes from protein. so to achieve this you must increase your protein intake.

of course it is not feasible or practical to eat a sufficient quantity of chicken breasts at every meal to ensure that you look like john cena. not to mention the amount of carbohydrate and fat you will also be consuming in the process. furthermore, eating large quantities of food will have an adverse effect on your digestion. what doesnt get absorbed goes to waste. your body's ability to absorb nutrients is highest within 30min to and hour of your workout

muscle loss occurs when your body starts breaking down muscle tissue to produce energy. this is called catabolism and you can check it out on google. sometimes it can't be helped because muscle is a more efficient source of energy as compared to fat. this is why some people prefer not to mix cardio and weights

with that in mind be wary when you consume protein shakes. some protein powders are high in calories.

in order to burn fat you need to expend more calories than you consume. and your bulking up will be in vain if your body fat % is high i.e. your muscles are covered in lard.

for junior to become big and strong you must improve your bloodflow and circulation. exercise should help. and logically speaking there are other factors that should work. i will experiment and release my findings soon

i have experiment with junior. After exercise, no matter how much protein intake I consume, after 'exercise', it become lifeless and all the muscles it has before, seems like disappear :D

You only start losing muscle mass when your body begins to break down muscle cells as an energy source this is what you would call catabolism.
