hi guys i got this guitar body early this year and now i wanna continue the project but the pickup cavity in this guitar is abit off. is there anyway to solve the problem?

Btw where did u got that piece & wat brand?
I think you got to route a bit lower (a bit more to the right)for all the pickup cavity & customade a cover for the pickups.
 
if u really do not want a pickguard,u can sand off the finish and fill up the cavity den re make the hole accordingly...sch workshops shld have the right tools to help..but still lechey lah..

it will cost more $$$$$.... as it require routing & spray painting.

Hmm.

Do you think the cost of filling up the excess cavity, re-routing the proper section, re-finishing or purchasing a new pickguard is worth the cost and energy, compared to say just acquiring a new body which is finished and has the right pickup cavity for you?
 
There should be some space in the cavity for the neck to alignment to shift. Try loosening the 4 screws (about 1.5 rounds) which hold the neck and pull t neck the neck to see if it moves slightly in the neck pocket. Once you've corrected the alignment by sight, hold it there and tighten the screws.
